Context

Searchlight developed AI-powered talent intelligence software to help organizations understand people's skills. The company was founded by Anna and Kerry Wang and was later acquired by Multiverse.

Approach

We brought everyone together for a group portrait, then moved into founder photographs and individual headshots. Warm brick, soft light and a consistent backdrop tie the series together while leaving room for each person's presence.
