Context

We've photographed Redefine Alliance's team, Accelerator cohorts and gatherings over several shoots. The collection moves from conversations in the room to group portraits and individual headshots, with the same attention to light, color and framing throughout.

Working together over time gives those photographs a shared look. We leave room for people to be themselves in a candid moment and offer direction when a portrait calls for it. Each shoot adds something different to an image library that still feels connected.

The 2026 Accelerator brings together leaders of employment social enterprises for six months of learning, support and shared experience. We were honored to photograph the cohort as part of this ongoing work.
